Data we process and purpose

Through the contact form we collect name, company, email address and the content of the message. These data are used solely to reply to the enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a service proposal.

We do not use the data to send unsolicited commercial communications, nor do we share them with third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.

Retention

Data are kept for as long as the contact or business relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients and processors

The form is handled through Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which acts as a data processor with GDPR-compliant safeguards. The site is static and hosted by DreamHost (DreamHost LLC, United States); the hosting does not store form data and only records the usual technical connection logs of any web server. No other transfers are made except where legally required.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@itwoorks.com. If you consider that processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To count visits in aggregate we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which does not use cookies or store data that could identify you, so it does not require your consent.
