From a prototype to the system that runs a 35-person solar energy company
Adymus installs solar plants, charging points and energy-efficiency systems. Every project goes through eight phases and six departments. We built the platform that tracks them, alerts whoever has to act and controls the margin of every job.

The problem
Every installation goes through the developer's documentation, the building permit, planning and materials, allocation to an installer, legalisation with the grid operator and the authorities, milestone invoicing and grants. With dozens of projects open at once, tracking lived in spreadsheets, folders and email, and depended on each project manager's memory.
The solution
A platform that follows every project through its eight phases, with a screen and tasks per role (sales, project manager, legalisation, purchasing, administration, maintenance). More than fifty automatic notifications fire when a condition is met: permit granted, opening invoice ready, materials allocated, margin below forecast, project ready to close. The end customer receives every milestone of their legalisation without anyone writing it.
It includes planning with installers, stock and material orders, per-project costs with a margin alert, and financing and maintenance contracts. Three years on we are still extending it.

What we take away
When a process depends on third parties and deadlines, the value is not in the form but in knowing at every moment what is missing and who has to act, and telling them without anyone having to remember.
